   Drill Bits

At Robot Mining Equipments,we can offer chisel bits,cross bits and button bits. Chisel bits are taper connected, the diameter ranges from 20mm to 60mm.

Cross bits can be taper connected or thread connected, the diameter ranges from 28mm to 89mm. Button bits can be taper connected or thread connected too, the diameter ranges from 32mm to 127mm.

For tapered chisel bits,tapered cross bits and tapered button bits, the taper degree can be 4,6,7,9,11,12,etc.The socket diameter can be 22,24,25,32,38mm,etc.

For threaded cross bits and button bits, the thread can be? rope thread or tapeziod thread,such as R22, R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51, etc.

   Reaming Tools



Reaming tools include pilot adaptors and reaming button bits.

Pilot adaptors diameter ranges from 26mm to 40mm.

Reaming button bits ranges from 64mm to 127mm.

Taper degree is upon customer''s request.

   Drill Rods



For top hammer drilling, drill rods include integral drill rods, taper drill rods and extension rods.

Integral drill rod shank dimension is Hex22 X 108mm, the effective length is from 800mm to 5600mm. Tip size of integral drill rods is from 29mm to 40mm.

Taper drill rods shank dimension is Hex22 X 108mm, the effective length is from 600mm to 3000mm, taper degree can be 6, 7, 12, etc.

For both integral drill rods and taper drill rods, any other special design is available upon customer''s special request.

Extension rods include both M/M design and M/F design (also named Speed Rod), the thread can be R22, R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51,etc. The length ranges from 915mm to 4005mm generally and rods body can be round or hex.

   Coupling Sleeve



Robot Mining Equipments is offering various couplings sleeves for different usages.

Coupling sleeves design can be full bridge or semi bridge, with different thread sizes, including R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51, etc.

   DTH Hammer



Robot Mining Equipments is offering both low pressure DTH hammers and high pressure DTH hammers.

Low pressure DTH hammers include IR65A, CIR70, CIR80, CIR90, CIR110, CIR150, CIR170 and CIR200W.

High pressure DTH hammer include DHD3.5, DHD340, DHD350, DHD360, DHD380, Cop 34, Cop44, Cop54, Cop64, HCD24, HCD34, HCD44, HCD54, HCD64, HCD84, SD4, SD5, SD6, SD8.

   DTH Bit



Various low pressure and high pressure DTH bits are available at Robot Finlease.

Low pressure DTH bits diameter ranges from 66mm to 205mm, are used to equip with our CIR series low pressure hammers.

Other low pressure DTH bits are available too upon customer''s shank drawing or samples.

High pressure DTH bits diameter ranges from 76mm to 305mm,the high pressure DTH bits are suitalbe to DHD3.5, DHD340, DHD350, DHD360, DHD380, Cop32, Cop34, Cop44, Cop54, Cop64, Cop84, SD4, SD5, SD6, SD8, Mission 40, Mission 60, Numa100, March33, BR2, BR3 hammers.

   Overburden Drilling

Overburden Drilling Systems are availabe from 90 to 240mm diameter.

The ODS shank is upon customer''s request.

   Furnace Rods



Furnace rods are used for tapping fanace in metallurgy industry.

Robot Mining Equipments is offering both semi-finished furnace rods and finished furnace rods.

The diameter and flushing hole of furnace rods can be manufactured according to customer's special requst.

   Furnace Bits



Furnace bits is used for taping hole of the furnance nozzles.

Robot Finlease is offering both carbide inserts bits and all steel bits.

The bits shape can be cross and buttons.

The diameter of the bits is from 32mm to 76mm. The thread can be D, H, R thread.
